It’s a huge security risk to do this. You are effectively giving hackers an open door onto your WordPress hosting account.

You may use frontend uploader plugin to achieve this option as this is not available in Contact From 7.

Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to examine the HTML and CSS of your CF7 form in detail. Once you understand how the HTML and CSS is configured in your CF7 form, you should be able to see the CSS changes you need to change the appearance of the form to suit your requirements.

If you are uncomfortable editing CSS style sheets you may prefer to use a custom CSS plugin.​​

One thing that I cannot find is where I should enter my contact details into Contact Form 7 and wonder if this is my problem?

At the point marked 6 in the screenshot above, enter the email address you want to receive emails at the To: field.

If that isn’t the problem, Please include all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.
