In fact, there is a filter for Joinchat that disables phone formatting, so you can force exactly the number you want, but it still gives error because the problem is not Joinchat, it is WhatsApp Web.

The behavior you comment is no longer dependent on our plugin, as it occurs when the WhatsApp API is triggered. To prevent the phone from appearing the Agency would have to have a verified WhatsApp Business number. I leave you this example, it is the WhatsApp Business phone Movistar, as you will see the link is the same that triggers Joinchat, but in this case you can not see the number, only the name of the company and the green check: https://wa.me/34638101004
