    I am also trying to set up a catalogue for a small library, am considering using Scriblio, and I have been trying to answer the same question as you.

    As far as I can tell, Scriblio will not handle lending information itself, but it can be made to link up to an existing ILS (integrated library system) and extract the availability information from there. Which is fine if you already have an ILS. What I can’t work out is why anyone would bother using Scriblio if they already had an ILS…

    I suppose it might not be too hard to add a simple “available/unavailable until” field to Scriblio records. Alternatively you could consider a fuller ILS package like Koha or Evergreen, but these look like hard work to me.
