Eventually I found out that I simply wasn’t selecting the right state when I was trying different zip codes. Selecting the state of a matching zip code gets it to work fine.

All shipping services are check marked. I tried changing the Indicia and Offer Rates and still it is having the same error.
I pasted that CSS in the RD Hover Effects Custom CSS Field and it worked!

I would like all the items to be touching, both vertically and horizontally.
In other words I would like to remove all spacing, padding, and boarders between the images.

If you scroll down to the “Our Commitments” and “Board of Directors” Sections, these are both using RD Hover Effects. Our client would like for there to be no space between the images.
