You can use credit card for recurring payments without iDEAL etc.

Also, is SEPA already activated by Mollie?

Enkele suggesties:
– Overweeg velden weg te halen als je ze niet echt nodig hebt (dus de informatie niet gaat gebruiken). Als je de flessen gaat verzenden kun je alle velden laten staan.
– Maak van Opmerkingen misschien een veld met type=”textarea” in plaats van type=”text” als je wilt dat mensen meer ruimte hebben om een opmerking te typen.
– Bij Opmerkingen staat er ook boven “Extra informatie”, een beetje dubbelop misschien?Verder is het een prima formulier!
