    I’ve taken some comfort in knowing I’m not the only one to experience this. There is a full, separate thread about the problem.

    I think I know what the issue is now but certainly don’t know how to resolve it.

    There appears to be no root folder in this hosting account (it’s not a hosting company I’ve used before). They are based in Portugal and because it’s Good Friday there’s NOBODY providing any form of support today.

    Anyhow, there’s no Public_html root folder or anything else apparent as a root folder. I’m totally baffled. Any other ideas anyone?
