This is solved. I had the Testing Gateway enabled in error.
I had already tried the first 3 options.
Re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders fixed it, thanks for your input.
I’m now wondering if TinyMCE works with 3.0.4.
I’m inclined to give it a miss for now and stick with the default editor unless there are any useful optional editors that are compatible.
