In reply to: [Simple Dropbox Upload] Authorisation FailingHi guys,
I apologize – I posted this on another thread and have already figured it out, but forgot to mark this one resolved.
The problem was that my web hosting service had not updated the version of PHP. Once they did that, everything worked again.
I would advise anyone else having this issue to contact their technical support services at their web hosting company and confirm that they are running the latest version of PHP.
Thanks for your help guys.

In reply to: [Simple Dropbox Upload] Authorization does not get past Step 1Hey all,
I figured out what was going on here.
I contacted my web hosting company, and they had to install a PHP update (I think they updated me to PHP 5.2 or something). Once they did that, everything worked perfectly.
Thanks for the help otherwise!

In reply to: [Simple Dropbox Upload] Authorization does not get past Step 1Thank you very much! I did try it on an earlier version of WordPress first, and had the same problem (I believe it was WP 3.6). Then, I upgraded to 3.8, but still saw the same thing.
I’ve tried it on a few different browsers, and different Wi-Fis as well. Plus I double-checked that outgoing Curl was enabled on my webhosting server. Not quite sure what else it could be – just need to connect Dropbox.
Is there a workaround where I can just manually go to the link or dial into the DB API somehow? Once I get it authorized, I should be good to go.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Simple Dropbox Upload] Authorize not workingHi – I’m having the same trouble as the person was in this thread:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/authorize-not-working?replies=14
The white screen pops up after I click “Authorize”, but I only see the first step:
Step 1: Pre-authorization acquired!
After that, I don’t get any button, etc. to connect to Dropbox.
I checked, and my server has Curl enabled, which is what I’m using with the plugin.
Any help appreciated. Thank you!
Dan
