upload a .zip file into the skin folder it must work.
Also check the skins folder permissions, it might be a problem.Jetpack’s photo ton feature is the problem.
this plugin recalculate the images dimensions and it seams that something is wrong.Update to the last version if you have installed or deactivate it in order to solve the problem.
Or to fix this you can use as first image a landscape image.

Is seams that the skin is missing.Try to reinstall the skin:
delete -> clean the trash – > reinstall it again.yes, we will fix this in the next version.
