I am experiencing the similar issues. I have about 87 sites using SEO Ultimate. All now cannot upload headers from pages in WordPress. Also had a similar conflict where Easing Slider Pro could not upload or get images. After disabling SEO Ultimate, all issues were fixed. I love SEO Ultimate but if this issue is not fixed, slowly but surely I will be migrating to other solutions.
