Hmm… I did this, and he tried to fix it, but he could not do it. We were wondering what to try next? Any ideas would be welcome.
Thanks for writing, kjodle. Could you give me a little more help? Right now, I don’t even know where the website is hosted, because it was originally set up by someone else. I know I could look up that information on WHOIS, but I don’t think I have access to FTP, because I don’t have any log in information for the host. Do I need to find out that information before I can proceed?
