At first, i would like to thank this plugin support team for this fast response

I am using BD ver : 4.0.3 and Wp 4.5.2 and my site is like directory .

Yea I am convinced with your diagnose, and i guess the conflict in upgrading to last BD version. because i noticed another thing i upgraded to last version 2 days ago, at this time , send message to listing owner through mobile device was working. Now, if you press through mobile device on “contact listing owner” button, the page will load and nothing happens.

so now to help me, I should downgrade to old version. so please could you guide me how to downgrade without affecting information on BD as my current website is launched and working with users

I am using BD ver : 4.0.3 and Wp 4.5.2 and my site is like directory ..so i will give you now link as example try to log in with website login or facebook and then post your comment. your comment will be directly posted. though i confirmed you that i adjusted settings for not allowing any comments without approval

You did not get me right , i don’t have any problem with form.

i mean , in backdoor , i checked the check mark for allow user to contact listing owner with message. then i checked the check mark of he must be login.

on front door , you found just sentence mentions ” send message to listing owner ” with pop up message in box folded and then disappear….
the pop up box appears on the first seconds after page loaded.

so my inquiry, there is no option to make it appear like login link.
