I fixed the issue by updating, but I could only update to that version after renewing the licenses, go figure.
Exact same problem here, every time a user tries to reset the password the link is invalid causing a neverending loop.
Fixed! Had our host (wpengine) remove all of the Ultimate member pages from being cached.
