I had to roll back to version 3.3.0 to make it work again.

I ended up placing the categories under a parent category so the parent category will be added into the breadcrumb path.
Then, I added a 301 redirect from that parent directory to the page I wanted to show instead of the parent category.

follow up question – when the lightbox opens, it fades in and moves a bit from right to left or left to right. Is there a way to disable that? just make the image fade in without movement?

For future reference, where in the plugin’s UI do I add this option:

libPdfcrowd.insertStyle({style: '@media print { a[href]:after { content: none !important; }}'});

Thanks Pavel, so should I include all css styles for the footer or header in that textarea?
And the “Created by PDFCrowd…” line will be removed after purchasing the license?
