I also changed the template, but no changes.
I deactivated all plugins. Cleared browser cache. Reactivated gallery plugin. Still not working.
Is there someplace I can go in the code to manually edit the captions until this is resolved?

Updated and this is the result, it actually looks worse, with the old version the only difference was the header image.

I used these articles to attempt the move in the first place, and unfortunately cannot figure out what I did wrong to get where I am now.
