When I replace the form currently located at http://wineemotionusa.com/contact-sheff-imports/ (which is a contact form 7), with the gform URL, the google form does not appear.
Any other ideas?

I have created a publicy hosted google form (https://docs.google.com/a/vm-associates.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGc1aklTNnJpNjBXQ1p6ZVAtUEJWNEE6MQ#gid=0) and am trying to embed it into a wordpress website.
For some reason when I add the code to our wordpress page the form does not show up? Any idea what’s going on?
