Are you sure this happens when the plugin is activated? The plugin does not have the functionality to remove or manage products in the cart.
It may be some other plugin that you have activated on your site.
Since no other site with the plugin installed has reported such an error. But as I say the plugin has no such capability.
Can you give more details about this error?

Check 1.2.7 version published now Fix backorders and support delivery on same day. Check Gernral configuration 🙂
