Also, this is not a theme-related issue, you can try checking with a WordPress default theme, to see if you are still facing the problem.I hope it helps!

Can you please go to Customizer -> Header -> Change Header Color -> Row Height, and check if you have the right height set?
You can remove that space by adding the following into Customizer -> Additional CSS:

If you would prefer deactivating the quantity field on your site, you can try adding the following code into Customizer -> Additional CSS:

I am afraid that would take some time, and it is not so easy to create.
Products categories are generated automatically by WordPress – when clicking on a Category, there will be shown a page with products that belong to that category. With Neve PRO, you can use the magic tags available in the Custom Layouts module – to display the description.
Can you please check again to be sure that you may have not missed the answer?

I am afraid that you can’t add images to the main menu, but if you would like Menu Icons instead, I strongly recommend ‘Orbit Fox by ThemeIsle’ https://wordpress.org/plugins/themeisle-companion/ Here is a link that shows how to do that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcSotWXIczI
However, if you would prefer images in the Header, you can add a widget for that by going into Customizer > Header Options > Very Top Bar > Add Widget https://docs.themeisle.com/article/676-how-to-configure-top-bar-in-hestia#top-bar-widget-area

Can you please provide us with a screencast showing this issue?
Also, in the meantime, I kindly recommend backing up your site, for security purposes, and try to do a plugin conflict test – disable your plugins one by one to see if any of them causes this issue to appear.
