Thanks Chad, just guided a client through your instructions and again resolved the issue.
You’re a star for posting a resolution to this issue. Much appreciated.

In reply to: [Polylang] Polylang not forwarding based on browser languageHi @rsha,
Sorry for the very late follow up question!
Have you completely disabled caching or did you find another caching method so you could still serve the website quickly & enable guests to see the right language version with Polylang?
Thanks!
Forgot to click resolved… my bad.
Think this ones resolved. Thanks for your help.
Yes, it’s been restored from a backup plugin (wp-migrate).
I’ll try deactivating and reactivating the plugin to see what happens.

In reply to: Forcefully logging inI have one as well. Happened at 8:02am GMT:
A user with username “backup” who has administrator access signed in to your WordPress site.
User IP: 151.236.15.143
User hostname: 143-15-236-151.static.edis.at
User location: GermanyI have deleted the user and no .php files have been changed.
Running Wordfence and Divi theme. This is a hidden, non search indexed, website. I have no idea how it was discovered or how this was created. All plugin and themes are up to date, as is WordPress iteself. No idea if this is an attack or a plugin feature…

In reply to: [Polylang] Browser detectionHi Chouby,
Thanks for your response. I have to say I’m impressed with the level of customer care you provide to the community.
Can I be a bit cheeky and ask how long such an update would take to deploy?
Thanks,
Dan

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Stuck at Restoring database…I also had this issue, as @sumadinac17 suggested I tried plugin version 3.2.2 and the process was issue free.
I strongly suspect this was due to an out of date version of phpmyadmin. I am running version 4.2.10, the latest build at the time of writing is version 4.4.14.

In reply to: Adding spans to WordPress titlesThanks @wisdmlabs, good to know.
Oddly this now seems to be working. It might just have been an issue retrieving the jQuery library.

In reply to: [Tabby Responsive Tabs] Installed & activated but no sign of life..Thanks Leah,
Yeah that works. Is there a way I can get some sort of WYSIWYG view though?
I’m fine working as above but potential clients wont be.

In reply to: Reverting Plugins/restore within WordPressThanks for the feedback Jess. I resolved this issue by completely deleting the plugin via FTP and using the developers WordPress plugin page to download the prior version. Once installed everything snapped back into place. I didn’t do anything to revert the database (despite this apparently being updated), and everything seems to work anyway.
Thanks
