Well I didn’t deactivate all the plugins, but I switched between twenty twelve and 4 others just to see. All the same. The option isn’t there. In my updates it says that it is update but there’s a button re-install update, I did that about 3 times as well.

Actually not at all, just figured it out. All you have to do is to go to Widgets and there is area called the top area widgets, you put your text in there. It is made to hold 3 text widgets, and you can embed your pics to the text in html code. Thanks for your answer anyway
