nevermind… im an idiot.. it took me ages… but i found a typo/mistake in the hyperlink it did not match perfect in my settings compared to the elementor data and therefor there was no connection. now the connection works. thanks for making me check again!
@threadi thank you for your reply, however Elementor support is the one that suggested i contacted this forum as they cannot help me any further. the problem seems not to be on their end but on the side of wordpress/hosting provider.
