I use http://www.surfspeedy.com. 2gigs storage, 65gig transfer, unlimited SQL database and e-mail addresses, and a bunch more. Plus, no setup fee and the first 3 months are $1 (afterwards it’s 6.95 a month). They’re great! 🙂
