I found the code with a bit of guess work, it was:

You say IE does not support CSS3. What does that mean in simple terms?
Does it mean our site was coded in a uncommon language?
Our visitor stats are:
41% IE
33% Chrome
23% Firefox
1% Safari
A few % otherHence we are keen for it to look its best in IE.
