Thanks for using Subscribe2/ReadyGraph. I did want to address a few things from your post:
-You can use Subscribe2 without ReadyGraph, or as Matty says, you can use S2 HTML. ReadyGraph is not automatically added – you have to signup directly in order to use it with Subscribe2
-ReadyGraph does not enable any type of ads. Part of the functionality is a social registration popover, and it can be totally configured. That’s one of the reasons people use it among others.
-We have received feedback that users want to be able to send certain emails to past subscribers so we are testing enabling users to synch existing subscribers.
-It’s easy to uninstall. As it states in our FAQ “You can deactivate the ReadyGraph features by navigating to the upper-right corner of the “ReadyGraph App” page, clicking the drop-down menu with your email address, and disconnecting your ReadyGraph account.” You can also use the method that Matty suggests. Please let us know the site with ads so we can look into this.

In reply to: [Simple Subscribe] Uninstall ReadyGraph.com linksBased on your wordpress handle, I believe we found the issue and fully deleted your account. To confirm, can you please email info@readygraph.com with the URL of your site and the email you signed up with?
Site owners have full control over engagement emails, but admittedly the settings are not as easy to find as they should be. We are releasing a tutorial plus revamped settings page within the next few days. Sorry for your frustration!

In reply to: [Simple Subscribe] Uninstall ReadyGraph.com linksThe FAQ in the wordpress plugin shows how to uninstall within Subscribe2.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/subscribe2/faq/How do I uninstall ReadyGraph?
You can deactivate the ReadyGraph features by navigating to the upper-right corner of the “ReadyGraph App” page, clicking the drop-down menu with your email address, and disconnecting your ReadyGraph account.
If you deactivate, we remove your app id, and all your settings get wiped. As far as we are concerned it is as if you never installed it. Of course, as with any plugin, for all files to be removed the other option is to completely remove the full plugin.
We do need to add this feature to http://www.readygraph.com for non WordPress users. It is high on our priority list, but as a wordpress user you can uninstall using the instructions above. Feel free to email info@readygraph.com with your site info if you still have any challenges, and we’ll make it a top priority to help you. Also, let us know if there are examples of other plugins that you feel handle deactivation better.

In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Readygraph banner?Sorry for the frustration! We are trying hard to keep up with requests and ultimately make Subscribe2 even more useful for WP users.
RG features are totally optional. Certainly no subscribers are stolen. The X button totally closes the banner so you should never see it again. Thank you for the feedback.
