Moditz,
What I have found is if you don’t have your permissions set to read/write on your new server sometimes it fouls up.What I do if this happens is start the migration process (Go through the same exact instructions that Mert has provided) which puts the files in your backup directory on your old site. (Make sure you have cleared out your old backups before doing this, you only want the migration files.)
I then FTP these files over to your new server in your backup directory, then I finish the “Migration Process” (Third Option) and it should work.
Sometimes as well you have to update your permalinks, it just resets it to the correct settings on your new server.
Sometimes I have to do all this sometimes not. I am not sure if it is a php thing or what, but it’s hit and miss.
Hope this helps.

Mert,
Here was the latest error I got when trying.. This is on a NETWORK Solutions Shared Small Unix hosting package?
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /data/20/2/98/16/2750831/user/3023817/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 823
I have had to trash the site and just go back to the old site until I hear a response from you..
Thanks
Nope Didn’t work. I am having a devil of an issue with this and really need to get these sites moved? If I lower the Chunk amounts will this help?
Any and all advice is appreciated.
Thanks

In reply to: [WordPress Move] [Plugin: WordPress Move] Pages and Post not MigratingMert,
The same thing happend here.. Do you have any advice as to how to get the pages to work again? I tried the migration tool, that blew up, but now I am just trying to get back to my old platform, which isn’t taking it either?? Some how the databases got cross referenced? (The new domain for some reason was looking for stuff on the old domain?)But for now, how do I get all the pages and stuff I created to work again? Any ideas?
Thanks

Mert,
Well i can now login, I had several backups on file and re-installed wordpress, The front page http://cruxbrandedenvironments.com loads fine, but the rest of the pages don’t?
If you click a link you get a bad page error, same goes if you are loggend into the admin module and view a page that was created, It gives an error? The page that was created doesn’t load?
This is the first time I have ever had an error like this with your product.
Thanks

In reply to: WordPress hit by optikazoom.si/search.phpI re-installed, after that everything seems to be fine.
I actually think, that this was introduced to my sql files via Vbulletin.. which caused all kinds of havoc. I was running Vbull 3.X and am now upgrading to 4.X. One of my users told me he was getting security errors on our front page and also on our forums….
either way.. the front end is fixed..
Thanks haxxxton!

In reply to: Weird formatting problem.Hey BN,
I think you have a Table error?? I had this problem as well. Sometimes you have to hard code the table code in it and make sure you also Close them as well.
Good Luck
