I’m in the same situation. I have a WooCommerce installation on the latest version, 10.2.2, and the website is built with Elementor, also on its latest version, 3.32.3. The checkout is managed by the Elementor widget, and with version 1.22.1, something similar is happening to me.
In my case, everything is collected correctly, but the ‘purchase’ event doesn’t fire upon completing the purchase.
Apart from rolling back the version, is it known why this is happening? And what is the solution?
