Just added the plugin and guess if I just use the wizard I don’t need to use any other 301 redirect plugin and will your plugin 301 all urls?

I did as a precaution use the export feature inside the admin area.
What is the term for this? I guess it just backs up pages and posts?
Would having this file help in anyway if things went wrong!
All my sites have cpanel so it’s easy but some of the clients sites don’t.
