I’ve also run into endless issues. Their support documents often do not match their latest releases. And I’ve found that the support docs sometimes claim capabilities or features that the software simply doesn’t have.
I should have had phase 1 of my site completed 4 weeks ago, but I’m basically still at square 1 because I just keep hitting more and more walls with Directorist. At this point, I don’t know if it’s realistic for me to invest time into learning all of the intricacies of another directory plugin as I need to get SOME FORM of the site live by Thursday. But I’d hate to get my users accustomed to this plugin, only to change it in a couple of months after testing other plugins.
I’m utterly disappointed with the support as well. I also bought a year-long membership. The support is slow to respond, and when they do they are often unable to fix the issue. To date, I haven’t had ANY of my issues resolved 100%. This has been a very unfortunate experience.

I’m asking because 1) the ease of creating new & attractive templates through elementor’s interface instead of coding it manually and 2) utilizing existing global elementor widgets , and other calls to action that I want to add (& regularly update) to the single record & list template. These widgets would be intended to lead the person to other areas of the site and won’t always reference the content within Participant Database.

In reply to: [Imsanity] Doesn’t resize even close to all imagesI’m having the same issue. I just added this to a test site and it didn’t resize all of them. I’d love to supply login information as photo size is a major issue facing my ultimate member plugin. It didn’t find any of the photos in the ultimate member folder in wp-uploads. It says there are no more files that need to be resized. I know for sure that these files are larger than the deep scan parameters.
Additionally, I tried this in both chrome (including incognito) & edge.
