    Excellent points. I’m having trouble setting up a landing page that doesn’t mess with my structure, so I’ve added a blurb in the right sidebar.

    I like this theme (jarrah) but I feel it has some restrictions, I’m trying to work around them rather than go for a whole new theme.

    Use the MORE tag.

    Everything before the tag will display on your home page; everything before and after the tag will display on the actual article page.

    Oh, and the tag won’t be displayed.
