I just tried my blog admin by chance and it worked again. I didn’t change anything. Weird, maybe 1&1 did some changes again. Thanx for the help from you guys anyway!
The problem is that I don’t have my own server, but webspace at a host (1&1). So I guess I cannot get the log. Or can I? Where could I find those logs?

I hear ya! IE is just a piece of crap. I have the same problem since I tuned my theme a little. Actually I never looked at it with IE and then found out by accident. If you want to check it out go to http://www.hesspoint.com. But actually it is not the worst part that IE is not capable of interpreting CSS right, but it also is not able to display PNG transparency. It is just pathetic.
But hey, there is a bright side: Check out the “Too cool for IE” site @ http://www.w3junkies.com/toocool/index.php?language=en and put one of their little buttons on your blog as I did. Show everyone what you think of IE!
