Thanks again for the heads up on the Hack that has since been dealt with.

Unfortunately it has not solved the original issue which was:
How to add more sections to my sidebar menu, as i mentioned before i can select the page to be added into the menu (by ticking the box) and as soon as that happens i get a spinning wheel that won’t go away and hence, nothing happens.
Could it be that some themes only support a certain amount of menu items? in that case can that be changed by changing the settings?

In other posts i have found that the following are probably the values to be changed:

suhosin.posts.max_vars
suhosin.requests.max_vars

However i cannot locate those values anywhere. nor cpanel nor wp.
