I don’t have any URL option under Appearance > Customise. Can I add it in the Apppearance > Editor or in the Custom CSS Manager (a plugin))?

But there is still space at the top. How do I eliminate that too?

I didn’t use a plugin, I added the code manually – with no tags. Only post content and AdSense code.
