yes, I’m refering to the admin panel. I just want to add_filter/add_action in my function file. Not install a plugin.

Thanks lance1572, I’ll give it a try. But I have a lot of projects within the XAMPP setup, so I’m a bit worried, that something will go wrong if I use AMPPS instead.
Do you think that AMPPS is better or as good as XAMPP? I only use XAMPP for WP sites, so no need for crazy features and config options.
