I should also note I am unaware of how the .zip file was created – they said they retrieved it from their website development site.
Hi – I am experiencing the same problem as DrumTone77, although I receive 5 emails not 6.
To answer your questions:
– I dont use a separate thank you page
– I receive 5 emails advising of the new submission, and also 5 emails to the senders email address.

I did as you described – however it only removes the navigation controls, it doesnt remove the bullets. Is there a simple way to remove these?
