I’m having the same issue. I have 2 sites 1 a brand new wordpress 2.6 install and 2 is an upgraded wordpress 2.6 install. The upgraded site is showing the extra navigation (TB_additional_images div) on the left. The new one isn’t. They’re both configured identically.
1. Site 1 No Extra Nav
2. Site 2 with extra nav
