Yes, I’ve disabled ALL plugins (I only had about four active anyway) AND I’ve uninstalled and re-installed in Chrome, IE and Firefox.
The Theme Page has no “Screen Options” on it, and when I click “Help” the link I see “http://www.mysitename.com/wp-admin/themes.php#contextual-help-wrap”
