Hi @tuanvictor , sorry about the slight inconvenience.
In one of our older versions, we had a bug which did not track the analytics on variants separately. But we immediately released fixes. However, since you had the latest version of WPFunnels (Basic) while using an older version of WPFunnels Pro, you happened to have the case where the data was not tracked.
We are sorry that we couldn’t inform you more actively about the update. We are working on improving our notification process to avoid this in the future.
Meanwhile, when you enable A/B Testing, you will see there is a URL icon within the A/B Testing page. (see image)
If you want to use a single Ad Set but distribute the traffic to variants, then you have to use this URL. (You will notice, this URL has a parameter at the end.)
For the checkout, when you enable A/B testing for your checkout page, and use a Next Step Button on the landing page, then you do not need to manually place links in the buttons. The distribution of variants is done randomly based on your traffic distribution.
However, if you are trying to test 2 different journeys, for example,
- for Landing page variant 1, you want Checkout variant 1, and
- for Landing page variant 2, you want checkout variant 2.
At that time, you have to change the Next Step button type to “Redirect to URL” and place the specific checkout variant URL there. Since our A/B testing is designed on a per-page-basis, testing whole journeys will need this little bit of manual work.
Regarding the revenue data, if the conversions happened before you updated the plugin, then the revenue data should be present in the main analytics view of the funnel but not in the A/B testing stats. (On the canvas, on the top right corner, click on the 3 dots and the view analytics.)
If possible, can you provide us with screenshots to show what you see in Stats on the A/B testing window and what you see in the funnel Analytics page? It will help us understand the case better and run some tests to find out possible issues.
Thanks.
Hi @cangulo , thank you for your positive review.

Hi @fastone , thank you so much for taking the time and leaving a detailed review.
Our team finds it highly motivating when we hear a user actively using our plugin for their business so we really appreciate it and will continue trying to make Mail Mint even better.
Thanks.
Hi @tuanvictor , it appears you have an older version of WPFunnels Pro.
The current latest version is 2.5.5. For some reason, you didn’t get the update. Please go to your user account and collect the latest version of the plugin.
Once you have the updated plugins, the analytics issue should be fixed.
Let us know the outcome.
Thanks.
Hi @giltron , I believe you are in touch with our support team and have found the solution.
It was an issue with the permalinks which caused the issue. Hopefully you will be able to use the plugin actively from now on.
I am marketing this thread as resolved. You may reach us in support anytime.
Also, if you are happy with our fast resolution, do consider giving us a positive review.
Thanks.

Hi @giltron , I’m sure you are frustrated with this as you are not able to use a plugin for a couple of days. But can you try this one more thing?
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. (see image)
- Here, change the permalink structure to Plain. Then scroll down and click on save. (see image)
- Then again choose permalink structure to what it was (which by default is Post name).
- Then scroll down and click on save.
- Once this is done, clear cache and check if you are able to access WPFunnels pages now.
Regarding the refund, if you are eligible, we have no problem providing you with one.
But I did ask you to reach us on our support channel directly as you are a Pro user. There, you will get faster responses as we have a full support team. Even for a refund request, you have to reach us via support. This forum is for free users only.
Meanwhile, from your screenshots, I can see that you are not even able to start creating funnels at all as the pages are not appearing. There seems to be some sort of restriction in the database and the solution above is the first thing that you can try.
I’m sure if you reach us in support and communicate, this can be sorted out real quick as this doesn’t seem to be a direct issue within the plugin.
So I earnestly request you to email on to our support team. If it doesn’t work at all for you, you can claim a refund. But do reach us and give us a opportunity to look into this more closely.
When you send the email, please also include the version of WordPress and PHP on your site.
I’m sure once you get in touch there and are able to communicate fast, you will find it more convenient. So I request you to be patient and reach out to our support team.
Thanks.

Hi @tuanvictor , thanks for your query.
- Can you let us know which version of WPFunnels and WPFunnels Pro you are using?
- Also, can you share how you proceeded to test the case, i.e., the steps you took to test if the distribution is working?
Do let us know and we will try to assist you promptly.
Thanks.
Hi @tuanvictor , thanks for reaching us!
This appears to be a UI issue. However, you can still select the date by left-clicking on the field with your mouse. We’ve already mentioned our dev about this, and they’ll work on a fix in an upcoming update.
In the meantime, you can continue using this functionality by clicking directly on the field.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask.
Thanks!
Hi @akay2906 , thanks for the detail.

- Here, under General, make sure the Funnels and Steps are checked for Post types. (see image)
- Next, go to Elementor > Tools.
- Here, click on the “Regenerate Files & Data” button. (see image)
- Once complete, click on the “Sync Library” button.
- And then click on Save Changes below.
Step 2 – Change URL of the Funnel Page
- Go to WPFunnels > Settings and here, make sure you have Elementor selected as the page builder.
- Now, edit the funnel you were creating.
- On the funnel canvas, click on the settings icon for the step in concern. (see image)
- Here, change the URL to something new. (see image)
- Click on save changes.
