In reply to: [WooCommerce] missing VAT information in the cartHi @oliverkrajcovic,
I can see the VAT value is displaying both in the cart and in the checkout:

https://snipboard.io/pnEokj.jpgCan you please give us more details of what information is missing?
Meanwhile, you can access WooCommerce > Settings > Tax. (This tab is only visible if taxes are enabled.) and there’s some options to display prices with or without taxes.
We’ll be waiting.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Images not showing on shop and product pagesHi @amsomr
I did reproduce the issue by visiting your site.
Just to rule out any conflicts, would you mind testing by taking the following steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
This entails temporarily switching to a default theme, like Storefront, and testing the product push/sync again. If it still doesn’t work, let’s have you deactivate all plugins, except for WooCommerce, and test again. If it works at this point, then you’d reactivate plugins, one by one, testing in between to see if there’s a culprit plugin.
Let me know if this resolves the issue. Otherwise, please send us your System Status Report into this thread so that I can check for any red flags there? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Admin upload files for customer feature in WooCommerceHi @nikphirke,
As a practical solution, I would suggest that you password protect these files.
However, if you’re looking for a different solution, can you please give us more details?
Where does this download area will be available for the customer and what kind of files will be uploaded?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] no se muestra el costo de envío en el subtotal de la compraHi @viviana264!
Have you managed to install Loco Translate?
After installing the plugin, look for it on the left sidebar. Click on Loco Translate, select Plugins > WooCommerce. Look for your language and click on it.
Once you open your language, use the search box to look for that sentence:
https://snipboard.io/COKk4H.jpg
After you find the sentence, edit your language line in the box below.
You can find all the documentation of this plugin here: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Multiple categories, add to basket button issueHi @benpace,
This is a tough one. You’re welcome to use as many categories as you’d like to have with a product. There’s just not a native way to specify which category should be displayed based on the path the user took to arrive there.
This old threads does mention a snippet you may be able to use as part of a template override in your theme. I haven’t tested it out, but it might be a starting place:

I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Categories not showing ion shop pageHi @premierwebworx,
Thanks for confirming. After checking your site, I can see the categories and selecting one is correctly filtering the articles on that same category.
Can you confirm if this is the exact URL where you’re having this issue: https://pamperedskinandsoul.com/shop/?
If that’s the page, can you please confirm if it’s still happening on your side?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] obligation to registerHi @janfrancioni,
I’m not sure if I fully understand your goals. Do you want the site to only be accessed upon registration and also during the registration the billing and shipping details should be mandatory, is that correct?
If so, I would recommend the plugin Private Store for WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/pt-br/products/private-store-for-woocommerce/
As for the mandatory fields, it may depend on your set-up but check this guide I found in Google to see if it helps: https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/add-registration-form-field.html

In reply to: [WooCommerce] SyntaxError: Unexpected token S in JSON at position 0Hey @xwebart,
Thanks for sending the report and check the fatal error log.
I’ve noticed this plugin:WooCommerce Accept Payments: by Accept – 5.7.1is this the plugin you’re currently using to accept payments? Can you try to deactivate it and see if the error persists?
Also, it looks like both WooCommerce plugin (5.7.0) and WordPress(5.8.2) are not up-to-date we strongly recommend you to update to the last version WooCommerce (6.2.1) and WordPress (5.9.1).
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
