When i did look for “upgrade” information it was more to see what solutions for the database non-connectivity issue there might be. But upgrading was not what i was thinking of doing at that point, I was still thinking “re-install.”
Here’s the page I got to eventually.
Had I just followed those instructions i’d have been fine, but, again, i wasn’t thinking “upgrade” at all so didn’t realize that would solve the problem.
