In reply to: [FancyBox for WordPress] Fancybox Link Not WorkingHi Beatrice,
I tried incognito mode, and am still having the same issue. It is also happening on the mobile version as well (iOS).

In reply to: [FancyBox for WordPress] Fancybox Link Not WorkingHi Beatrice,
I am using a MacBook Pro and have tried both Safari and Chrome, and both have the same issue.
Here is a link to a screenshot: https://www.blueeracapital.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Screen-Shot-2021-06-03-at-10.02.52-AM.png
Thank you,

In reply to: [FancyBox for WordPress] Fancybox Link Not WorkingHi Mihaela,
That worked for making the Typeform link appear, thanks!
Now, however, it appears at the bottom of the screen instead of in the center – is there something I can add to that code so the pop-up is centered in the screen?
Thank you!

In reply to: [FancyBox for WordPress] Fancybox Link Not WorkingHi Beatrice,
I tried installing the Health Check plugin, but when I put it in troubleshooting mode I can’t click on the button to check the Fancybox at all – the page appears in all shortcodes.
If I activate the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin used to to build the page, I can click on the button link but the Fancybox is still not working.
I migrated this site from another staging domain – https://shopwell.theglobalcreator.com – and the Fancybox link is working fine there. It was only after the migration that I had these issues on the new/live site.
Are there any next steps to troubleshoot the issue?
Thank you!

In reply to: Plugins not installingJust had an email from them with an update, re-installed the theme with the new version and it works perfectly now.
Thanks for the heads up! 🙂

In reply to: Plugins not installingIt’s the pre-packaged plugins for the Volar theme by Freshface.
Volar Theme Core Plugin
Fresh Custom Code
Fresh File EditorI’ve tried to contact the theme developer but am having trouble getting in touch with them. As I get the same exact error message with required plugins on a completely different theme – the Esta theme by Torbara – I’m thinking that it must be either a WordPress issue or a hosting issue.

In reply to: Plugins not installingStrange, right? I’ve never had this issue before!
I unzipped the original zip file I uploaded, but didn’t find another zip file inside. The documentation is in a separate folder.

In reply to: Plugins not installingI downloaded the theme from Themeforest, went to my WordPress dashboard and selected the themes tab. I uploaded the zip file of the theme through the WordPress dashboard, and tied to install the plugins when prompted.
I have always uploaded themes this way, but perhaps in one of the recent updates there’s a newer method that’s better?

In reply to: Home Page Not FoundI just tried that and it still doesn’t work.
I tested the site with a different theme, and it works fine. So it appears to be an issue with the Bridge theme I am using rather than settings.
I need to contact their support correct for issues with a specific theme?

In reply to: Home Page Not FoundThe url was purchased on Go Daddy, then hosted on a server through the IT department at my office. They installed WordPress, and I was notified that the domain wasn’t working by a co-worker that tried to access.
I hadn’t noticed as I was working because of course I was logged in to the admin. I cross-referenced this site with another we created – same theme, same hosting – and that site is working fine.
Perhaps there’s something deeper than the general WordPress settings that’s causing the error?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Home Page Not FoundYes, I hadn’t touched anything there so the settings should still be to default.

In reply to: Home Page Not FoundI found that in some of the other threads, but I never touched the permalinks to begin with. I believe they’re on the default settings.
I don’t have many plugins installed either, and have used this theme many times without ever having this issue.
But just to check – how do you reset permalinks? Maybe I’m missing something there.

In reply to: Password Protection not workingOk – I’ll get in touch with them then.
Thanks so much for your help Brandon!! 🙂
