liI encourage anyone to chime in. Even if you know nothing about ScoobyDoo. Smurfs perhaps?/li

Crap. The user level is at 10 for my admin. I was looking at another member. The munchies can make you see strange things, apparently.

    So, any more suggestions?

Schnikies. I clicked on BROWSE, and am back in the Mystery Machine, riding shotgun. I have a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;} as well.

    My umeta_id has a value of 5.
    My user_id has a value of 1.

    Hoooold on there Scoob…

My wp_user_level has a value of 3! Could this be it? Mister Witherspoon!!?? How did that get changed?

Wonder if I should bump it to 10.

I hope this is as entertaining for you as it is for me! LOL.

Ruh-Roh. Not that I can tell. If the columns are these {below}. If you mean within wp-usermeta, then no again.

    Here’s what I’ve got:
    wp_categories
    wp_comments
    wp_linkcategories
    wp_links
    wp_options
    wp_post2cat
    wp_postmeta
    wp_posts
    wp_usermeta
    wp_users

Zoiks. I have no clue. I’m staring at the wp_usermeta screen, and nothing says wp_user_level. Nor is it in wp_users. I don’t see the word administrator or admin anywhere either. I wonder if this is even English?

That’s what it seems, but I cannot tell what level anymore. I haven’t tweaked anything in User settings for several weeks. The only non-posting change was comment settings – set to approve by admin.

I clicked “forgot password” to test for fun. I was able to change the pass and get back into vanilla land. Still got the stiff arm.

Ooh! Maybe I sold my company! Yess!

And if you like lutefisk, we did a podcast interview with a fish store in Minn. at http://www.bionicgenius.com </shamelessPlus>
