Try to translate the quiz using the loco translate plugin. Here is the plugin link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/automatic-translator-addon-for-loco-translate/.
If you modify the certificate.php into your own language then it should show you that certificate. Please check that you have selected this custom certificate template for the quiz.
You may send me some screenshots of certificate.php and the output of the certificate to check it.

To test this issue,
1. I have created a new course from the admin panel.
2. Then edit this course using Elementor.
3. After I have edited this course using Course Builder.Now, I can see only the content is not getting but the curriculum, review is working fine.

Now, by default, you can see 20 results and the rest of the results can be seen using pagination but this pagination seems not working. We are going to fix this in this next update.

So, you need to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-in-menus/ to add a shortcode to the menu.
