On my end I can see using the loco translator it’s successfully translated all the strings into the Bangla language. Did you use the loco translate plugin to translate tutor LMS?

Try to disable all the plugins except the Tutor LMS plugin and check if it still took time. You may also change the active theme to test it.

You can’t customize the course archive page. It’s not possible in our current version of the Tutor LMS plugin.
But you can’t set another setting like Column Per Row, Column Per Page, Course Filter, Prefered Course Filters from Tutor -> Settings -> Course tab.
