We did more testing, it looks like Paypal express button works, when you use it from cart, but if you add product to cart and goes to checkout page then the user is not redirected to the paypal page and the order is marked as failed.

Private mode erlaubt keine Cookies zu setzen und es ist jetzt da so implementiert, dass die Zustimmung externen Inhalt zu laden in einem Cookie gespeichert wird und erst danach wird der Inhalt geladen. Bei mir geht es sowohl in Firefox als auch in Chrome, aber danke für Hinweis, wir testen es noch ein Mal.
