I was able to link a downloadable pdf to the image thumbnail by:
• going to the media library and copying the url for the image I want users to download.
• going back to the post
• clicking on the post name
• in Visual view: clicking on the image
• clicking the link icon
• pasting in the URL I copied from my media library
• updating the post.
I put the wp-weather plug in into my wordpress blog. I dragged it into the sidebar and it showed up with out any information. How do I format this for my area?
I am new to WordPress. I am customizing my blog, figured out the way to change the background image, but can’t change the header. I tried the edit CSS, edit HTML features in Firefox developer. I am not comfortable with editing .php files, because I am not a developer. However, I can work my way around CSS and HTML. Is there an easier way to edit the template through the wordpress features? Isn’t wordpress supposed to be easy? This has taken me a week to figure out which has taken away from me generating income.
