In your WordPress Dashboard go to Agent Directory > Settings and check what’s the URL in the settings. Keep the current one or change it to anything else if you want, for example “our-team” and click same.
Now we need to reset your permalinks, to do so go to Settings > Permalinks and save your permalinks again.
Now go to http://www.your-domain.com/your-slug/ (replace with your domain and the slug you selected) and you should see your agent directory.
