thanks, I really appreciate the feedback 🙂 Transcripting the calls is sort of anger venting, if you will. Makes a good change from slamming my desk and making faces throughout some of the worse calls 😉

I’ve actually got a bunch of transcripts from past times on my laptop.. anyone who read down far enough will know that my laptop is currently quite inaccessable though 🙁
