If you read this article (http://hekimian-williams.com/?p=146 you should be able to add lavalamp to a menu in WordPress.
You will probably need to make some modifications in the css as well to get it all working, and my article doesn’t really describe that. I found that copying the example css files from the lavalamp code and changing them to fit my theme was easier than tweaking the relevant portions of my css file.
