Hi its the standard theme Twenty Eleven and Twenty Ten when i update any it removes them both and cant understand why

but you will need to setup a databse and if you have no cpanel or plesk you wont be able to install wordpress. take a look at this link which should help
Hi you should be able to install via your cpanel if you have one under softaculous or Installatron
Twenty Ten theme updates fine i would try that first if no joy you could restore it if you have a backup
