Thanks for taking the time to report this. It’s really odd to find a plugin that affects our plugin’s functionality, but it happens. Fortunately, if you can’t get rid of the plugin that is interfering, we have a workaround to solve this:

Thanks for your interest in us, we love to help! I understand that you need to place the form’s hyperlink in an image. This can get tricky so I’ll share with you the code you need to use in order to make it work:

<img src=”THE IMAGE URL YOU NEED” width=”42″ height=”42″ border=”0″>Where it says “THE IMAGE URL YOU NEED” you must replace the text with the image URL you will use, for example: “https://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Mouser/urlsnooper/screenshots/Screenshot_main.gif”.
Where it says width and height, you can change those numbers to make the image show bigger or smaller.

Thanks for your message, we love to help. Based on what you’re stating, there’s an error with the plugin and it is not running correctly on your WordPress Admin only. It happens, not very often and in really odd cases but if this incompatibility can’t be fixed, there’s a workaround for WordPress users when the plugin doesn’t run correctly:

Thanks for your interest in us, we love to help! You can use Filepicker and other software integrations such as google drive to store the uploaded files but you’d need to use ContactUs.com forms to capture the data since the files can’t be transferred from Contact Form 7 to ContactUs.com.

Thank you for your inquiry, we love to help! The blank page can be caused by several issues. Basically, it’s an incompatibility of the plugin with either your WordPress theme, your server or any other plugin/extension previously installed on your WP admin. Make sure your theme was built with the core WordPress requirements, that your server runs PHP v5 and has cURL enabled and check that there are no other plugins/extensions installed that may affect the plugin’s functionality.

We are currently updating our lists of active integrations. The iContact integration will be deprecated so it will no longer work, along with several other software. What we did to compensate this loss, is that we enabled Zapier which is a third party app that makes things easier and smoother when integrating different apps.
In other words, you must replace the direct integration to iContact with a Zapier Zap which will enable you to sync your ContactUs.com (post) form with iContact (http://i.imgur.com/xMr3mbc.png). Unfortunately, we don’t have a specified list of Plugins that may affect our plugin, it is just a possibility that must be debugged in order to find the true cause of the error.
We understand how annoying this can get since this only happen to very few of our users. What we recommend instead of debugging is to not use the plugin and insert the codes directly into the text editor of your website.
To insert the codes, you just need to paste them right above the body tag of the page’s footer.

Check if the internet connection is not running slow and try restoring the cookies and cache from your browser before trying again.

No you’re not mistaken, we’re totally different from CF7 plugin. We’re (ContactUs.com) the founders of Contact Form 7 Integrations which is a plugin that has the only purpose of communicate the CF7 forms submissions with the professional lead management platform ContactUs.com provides.
The above answer is to use the UTM parameters within ContactUs.com and not CF7 plugin itself. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding here and please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Thanks for your response wjgoodman and aguitta. Fortunately, aguitta is correct. Your CF7 Form will show the full name field only, but the information goes to ContactUs.com as First and Last Name separately.
Therefore, the information will arrive into MailChimp with the first and last names separated. ContactUs.com is perfectly suitable for your needs. 🙂
